STUART LUCAS has lived a double life for 25 years,both as a fourth-generation heir to the Carnation fortune,and as an accomplished wealth management advisor to others.Carnation-maker of such popular food prodcts as Carnation Evaporated Milk and Coffee-Mate Non-Dairy Creamer-was a family business until it was sold to Nestle in 1985.
Today,as Chairman of Wealth Strategist Network LLC,Lucas is building communities of individuals and families interested in becoming more informed,thoughtful,and effective overseers of their good fortune.He is also deeply involved in managing his own family's investments.
Formerly Senior Managing Director of private client services at Bank One,General Manager of the European operations of Wellington Management Company,and Assistant Portfolio Manager of a Forbes Honor Roll mutu-al fund,Lucas has not only managed wealth management organizations,but has also been an effective investor.
He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the National Public Radio Foundation.He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School,a BA from Dartmouth College,and is a Certified Financial Analyst.
