Robert Galford is a managing partner of the Center for
Executive Development in Boston and has taught executive education
programs at Columbia, Kellogg, and Harvard. Regina Maruca is a
former senior editor at Harvard Business Review and is currently a
writer and editor based on Cape Cod.
