作者简介：
Mary Courtney RN, BComm(Acc), MHP, PhD, AFCHSE, CHE, FRCNA is Professor of ursing and Director of Research, School of Nursing, Queensland University of echnology. Mary has 17 years' experience in the higher education sector and teaches clinical leadership and financial management, research methods and evidence-based practice. Her major research interests predominantly concern the health of older people and their carers, and the management of chronic disease.
